All display ads are to be submitted in an electronic format (.PNG, .JPEG, .PDF, etc.). Ads must be submitted at least 5 days prior to date when ad is to run. Display ads are placed randomly throughout the issue, exact locations cannot be guaranteed (except for full- or half-page ads).
